Please allow 21-28 BUSINESS days for us to package local or ship out due to our workload and USPS delays from suppliers. If you need it sooner email us at snoandskye@gmail.com.

Business Days are Monday through Friday. No weekends or major holidays included.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales final on EVERYTHING.

Store credit only. No returns on jewelry. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns on holiday items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place.
